Stephaine Inman
Chief Investigator Stephaine Inman has over 24 years of experience involving criminal and investigative issues. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Criminal Justice & Business and began her career with the Searcy Police Department. She retired from the Searcy Police Department with the rank of Lieutenant. She held supervisory positions in the Criminal Investigations, Patrol, Support and Dispatch Divisions. She was certified as a Crime Scene Investigator, Hostage Negotiator, Law Enforcement Instructor and acquired specialized training in the areas of interviews, interrogations, search and seizure warrants, evidentiary procedures, Incident Response/Command Systems and a host of other areas.
She pioneered the Crimes Against Women’s Unit, restructured the Sex Offender Program and was instrumental in obtaining multi-million dollar grants for the Searcy Police Department.
